		<description>Hi Kathleen - so glad this helped.  We could have a whole teleseminar about this topic alone.  Just be clear about your expectation on both sides.  You can&#039;t enforce it, but you can address this up front.  If your subs want future business from you, they need to decide if they are opportunistic about the one chance to get business vs. keeping a long-term referral relationship with you.  Once they see the bigger picture - that you can affect their long-term success, they will think twice about working directly with the client.  Your first line of defense is to make sure your relationship is clear with your contractor or subcontractor.  Clients will be clients.  They will always look for the best deal.</description>
