    Hi, Thank for your time and wonderful, valuable information. This information can be utilized in any business not just interior design! I am actually the showroom/design/ marketing manager for a small, high-end tile boutique. You have been very helpful and a great educator. Thank you for building such a great resource. I had to leave the webinar as soon as it concluded. However, I had a question. Could you please elaborate on the “formal referral program.” How do you recommend executing this idea?

    Thank you so much for the compliment. I agree that this is extremely valuable if it is applied…so glad it helped. The formal referral program would take more than a reply to answer. We’re just getting ready to launch a Marketing Intensive Program, and we will be discussing referrals in one of the segments. It will be coming up in September.
