Interior Design Marketing Hub

1

Marketing your interior design business requires new thinking today.  If you’ve been relying on referrals for your business, you might be missing great prospects.

Your marketing strategy requires a new approach that includes online strategies.

Where do you start?

If you have a static website, I am not suggesting that you get rid of it, but your new hub for your business really should be a blog.  You can attach that to your current website, and that gives you a site you can update frequently which will boost your ranking in the search engines.

I’m guilty of not optimizing my blog posts and I know better.  We’ll be talking about this in our next Monthly Mentor class with the Business Mastery Membership on June 9th.  I’ll share SEO or Search Engine Optimization strategies with you so you can boost your ability to be found.

Social media sites are the spokes off of your hub, and should include the major ones such as your Facebook Business Page (they’ve done away with the word “fan”), Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube.

Video marketing is like jet fuel for your online presence.  If you missed our session on Video Marketing, we’ll do it again.  It’s phenomenal what you can do with video.

Some of you may feel overwhelmed about learning these new tools, but there are shortcuts.  We’ll be sharing those in our upcoming programs.

Your #1 job is getting clients, and the old methods are fine, but they won’t keep you ahead of the competition.  It’s important to have a complete strategy both offline and online to generate leads.

Then, you need a complete strategy to create happy client relationships that lead to evangelists for your business.  Part of your marketing budget should be focused on current clients.  This is often missed by other marketing strategists, and it’s the best use of your money.

Mark your calendar for Thursday, June 10th at 4 Eastern for a complimentary webinar…can’t spill the beans yet…but you don’t want to miss it!
