About Erin Weir

Biography
Erin Weir started her career with Denver-based interior design firm Renaissance Design, Inc. in July of 2005 with a BA in Interior Design from Colorado State University. This position provided Erin with the opportunity to work on multi-million dollar design projects, a pro-bono family center and a couple of fix and flip projects along the way. Erin orchestrated and managed the design process and was responsible for project management, scheduling, design execution, communication, shopping , quality assurance and computer-aided drafting. This hands-on learning experience both on the job site and with her clients proved to be invaluable to her creative knowledge base and problem solving skills.

Erin is the Strategic Vision Manager and Co-founder of Design Success University, LLC, an online resource of coaching and educating interior designers. She enjoys communicating with their clients to better understand the growing needs of the interior design community. Erin is a detail oriented individual and this plays an important role in connecting all of the elements of an online business.

Weir is also the Co-founder of the Green Design Summit and team member of the Interior Design Summit. Both summits are annual virtual events featuring industry experts, best-selling authors and successful interior designers.

When Erin isn’t working, she enjoys living the the Colorado lifestyle with and her husband, Ryan and their two hounds.
